Encrypted connections
Every page and every request to Site Unison is served over HTTPS with modern TLS, so data between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit.
Access control
Each company is separate. People only see the projects they are added to, and roles (owner, member, guest) decide what they can change. Guests are view-only.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down to protect against guessing.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch Site Unison's servers. Subscriptions and licences are managed by our billing partner, Ravalak Web Solutions.
Files and photos
Uploaded drawings, photos and documents are stored privately and served only to signed-in people with access to the project.
Your data, your property
Your projects belong to you. Every plan includes a full project export, so you can download your drawings, photos, documents and logs at any time, including after you cancel.

If you believe you have found a security problem, please email info@siteunison.ca with the details. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated while we fix it.
